12 Week Coaching Package for PCOS

This is really the minimum amount of time that is needed to really see changes in your health and vitality with my programs.  This program will span 3 months, and I will teach you what is going on with your body and give you a step-by-step approach to reaching balance and keeping it for the rest of your life.  If you are tired of being told "everything looks normal" when you go to a doctor, this is the program for you.  You will have several labs done before we meet which will give us insights into what is going on with your body and point the way towards healing and health.  We will then discuss a customized lifestyle plan tailored for you and your life.

16 Week Coaching Package for PTSD/CPTSD

This plan is specific to people suffering from PTSD/CPTSD as these are complex issues and the body needs more time and support to heal.  We start with functional labs so we have a baseline of where you are at.  From there we look at gut health, inflammation, toxic load and hormone balance to create plans that work for your life.  PTSD/CPTSD is one of the hardest conditions to live with and it cannot be helped with just one method.  Addressing nutrition and lifestyle will support and enhance mental health treatment and should be included in a holistic treatment plan for this difficult disorder. 

 

  • One-90 minute introductory session  

  • Monthly- 60 minute follow up sessions

  • Weekly follow up via email

  • 5 Functional Labs

  • 2- 30 minute food education workshop

  • 6 Customized meal plans

  • 1 personalized grocery shopping 101 trip (if local)

Menu Planning Services

Keto, Paleo, specific carbohydrate or GAPS, gluten free pescatarian or something in between- menu planning services will provide you with a weekly menu plan tailored to your specific diet profile.  For people who just need a little boost in organization and eating healthier each meal of the day.

Personalized shopping trips to the local health food store of your choice.  Learn tips on what to look for on nutrition labels, the best strategy for shopping, what to actually put in your cart and what to watch out for and more.
