I’m Nancy Lauritzen, a Master Nutrition Therapist (MNT) and Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition (BCHN®). My work focuses on the connection between stress physiology, neuroendocrine function, and chronic health conditions.

I take a systems-based approach to nutrition, looking beyond symptoms to identify underlying physiological patterns that may be driving fatigue, hormone imbalances, and metabolic dysfunction.

My approach is rooted in systems thinking — understanding how stress, metabolism, and the nervous system interact rather than treating symptoms in isolation.
